Hallo,
leider scheint es nach wie vor nicht möglich zu sein die "Thank you"-Page im Genehmigungsprozess anzupassen (vor allem die Sprache anzupassen!). Ist es denn möglich den "View your completed approvals"-Button auszublenden? Wir erhalten jeden Tag Anfragen, weil unsere (älteren) Kunden den englischen Text nicht verstehen, auf den Button klicken und sich ein Jotform-Konto erstellen um dann eine Anfrage zum einsehen der Daten zu stellen. Das ist für uns und unsere Kunden sehr nervig! Bitte ermöglicht das anpassen der "Thank you"-Page, damit dieses Problem endlich gelöst wird. Dazu gibt es bereits unzählige Anfragen in eurem Support von verschiedensten Personen. Teils schon von vor über zwei Jahren. Wann kann hier mit einer Anpassung gerechnet werden?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our German Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in German, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, let me help you with your question. I understand how frustrating this is for you, Unfortunately, it's not possible to translate or hide the "View your completed approvals" button. While the feature you’re looking for isn’t currently available, rest assured we’re always working to add new services and features to Jotform. I've gone ahead and escalated your request to our Developers. When or if it's implemented depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.

Hi there,
I wanted to reach out and share the good news — you can now remove or customize the “View your Completed Tasks” button from the Approval Confirmation page, thanks to our new Workflows Update. Let’s walk through making these changes together, below:
- Start by accessing your form and opening the existing Approval Flow (which is now called Workflows).
- Next, locate the Approval element within your Workflow, where the Confirmation Page needs to be updated.
- Now, click on the gear-shaped Settings icon for that element.
- Scroll to the bottom of the Approval Properties and disable the Require Login for Approver setting.
- Then, click the Customize button. From here, you’ll be able to customize the screens shown during the Approval process.
- To edit your Confirmation Page, switch over to the Thank You tab, and delete the button (by clicking on the button and then clicking the trash can icon).
- Finally, click on Back to Workflow Builder (located in the upper left-hand corner) to save your changes.
