Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,
das Dateispeicher ist immer noch ziemlich voll, obwohl ich bereits einige Daten gelöscht habe.
Können sie mir bitte weiterhelfen, danke.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our German Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in German, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question, deleted submissions are stored in the Trashed entries for 30 days. To free up your account's Upload Space, you'll need to purge them manually. Please note that purged entries can no longer be restored. Let me show you how to purge submissions:
- In Jotform Tables, click on the Three Dots icon in the main tab.
- Select Trashed entries from the menu.
- In the Trash pane on the right, choose the submissions to delete, then select Delete Forever.
- Finally, select Delete in the confirmation dialog.

now it worked.
So far, the amount of data has not been reset even after it has been deleted.

It shows that your upload space 410.34 MB / 1.00 GB. It seems that you still have entries in the Trashed Entries, you can follow the guide I showed earlier if you want to purge those entries.
