Hallo,
ich habe gestern ein Konto erstellt. Leider kann ich mich auf einmal nicht mehr einloggen was ist los? Ich brauche dringend das Formular.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our German Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in German, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, let me help you with your question. Your account was suspended because your Onboarding Funnel form was flagged as collecting login credentials, which strictly violates our Terms of Use. For us to reactivate the account, we will have to delete the offending fields. Please note that doing this will also delete submission entries linked with that field.
Let us know if you agree with our terms so we can reinstate your account.

Das tut mir leid ich habe von jemanden diese Vorlage bekommen.
Ja bitte löschen sie alle erforderlichen Felder so das ich das Formular schnell wieder nutzen kann. Vielen Dank

Hello David,
Thanks for getting back to us. As requested, I was able to delete the offending fields and reactivate your Jotform account, so you may now log in to your account and access your forms without getting any issues. If you're still unable to log in, can you reset your Jotform account? Let me walk you through it:
1. Go to the Jotform Main Page and click on Login.
2. On the login screen, click on Forgot Password.
3. Enter your email address and then click on Send Reset Instructions.
4. You'll get an email with instructions about how to reset your password. In the email, click on Reset Password.
5. Enter your new password, enter it again to verify it, and then click on Create a New Password.
