J'avais un compte GRATUIT et je ne souhaite pas en payer un. Il a été suspendu car, en tant qu'agent de voyages, nous utilisons des formulaires d'autorisation de carte de crédit, ce qui est interdit. Je serais donc ravi de pouvoir récupérer mon compte GRATUIT. Je n'utilise pas de formulaire d'autorisation de carte de crédit.

I had a FREE account I do not wish to pay for an account. It was suspended because as a Travel Agent we use credit card authorization forms and you do not allow that. So if I can have FREE account back I would appreciate it. Not using credut card authorization form.

Hi, I no longer have access to the main email that I was using for my account as disabled the domain name. However, I do have access to the backup email, which is one of the previous emails I used when I first signed up for jotform, and can prove that it has been my jotform account for years.
