don't like dealing with robots and AI, takes to much time. I started this over the weekend and now over an hour today trying to access account and transfer files to my employer. I find it easier if I can talk with a live body instead of texting/emailing which takes to much time.

My account was suspended, I'm sorry for violating the rules but it wasn't my fault. It was a customer of mine that submitted what I didn't ask him to submit. I’ve changed my email address and rest my password in accordance to the instruction I was given. I now cannot remember my password and my device hasn’t saved it. I tried to reset my password again however when I click the “reset password” link, it takes me to the log in page not the reset password page even though I’m logged out of my account. Please help.
