With Jotform Enterprise, admins can easily enable Instagram Agent so users in their organization can create AI-powered assistants that handle Instagram DMs, story replies, mentions, and comments automatically. This helps boost engagement, keep conversations flowing, and strengthen customer interaction on one of the world’s most popular social media platforms.
It’s especially useful for teams that want to stay responsive on Instagram without spending extra time managing every message or comment. Once enabled, everyone on your server can start creating Instagram AI Agents immediately.
Once AI Agent creation is enabled on your Enterprise Server, setting up Instagram Agent for your users is quick—here’s how:
- In the top-right corner of your My Workspace page, click on your Avatar/Profile picture.
- Then, in the menu that comes up, click on Admin Console.
- Now, in the menu on the left side of the Admin Console page, click on Assets.
- Then, in the Organization Wide Assets section on the right, click on AI Agents.
- Next, on the right side of the AI Agents section, click on Settings.
- Now, under the AI Agent Settings section, scroll down to Instagram Agent and, on the right side of it, toggle it on.
- Then, in the Enable Instagram Agents window that pops up, click on Yes, Enable.
That’s it. Instagram Agent is now ready for your users.
Now, they can create Instagram AI Agents that manage DMs, story replies, mentions, and comments to keep engagement strong and consistent.
Note
Disabling Instagram Agent will prevent users from creating new ones. Existing Instagram Agents will remain connected to the Instagram account and continue working as set up, even after disabling creation.
