Henrico County Public Schools includes 75 schools and program centers in Henrico County, Virginia. Henrico County Gifted Programs identifies and serves gifted students in grades K–12, providing students with educational opportunities that meet their needs and match their abilities.
Challenge
The gifted education programs at HCPS used a paper form to identify students with gifted characteristics. Data was difficult to track and view, and the workflow was unwieldy and time-consuming.
Solution
HCPS switched to digital forms powered by Jotform Enterprise. Now the gifted student identification form automatically tallies a gifted traits inventory list of 19 attributes, plus an English and math assessment.
Results
HCPS’s new gifted student workflow saves 112 workweeks per year. Teachers and other staff no longer shuffle paper forms back and forth. Data is easy to track and view, and premier security features keep student data safe. Plus, Jotform Sign e-signature forms are returned by parents twice as fast as paper forms.
