One standout example comes from Jungenkrueger’s healthcare client, who had long relied on Excel spreadsheets to document and calculate non-insured services. With Jotform Enterprise, Jungenkrueger developed a single digital form so powerful that the company purchased an Enterprise plan solely to support it — a testament to the impact it delivered. The form included over 1,800 fields, 100-plus conditional logic statements, and dynamic, real-time calculations. 

“They were managing everything through Excel,” explains Jungenkrueger. “And they weren’t able to automate anything.” The client needed a scalable solution that met their automation needs and was flexible enough to respond to future needs.

“With Jotform Enterprise, when something is saved, it will be stored in a table and submitted through a workflow. I’ve implemented a webhook so that all the information will be forwarded to third-party tools and can create analysis with AI. None of this would be possible with Excel.”

Jungenkrueger’s client, who began the process only a few months ago, has already felt the impact of the upgrade. “They are quite excited about it and they are very happy to have all these automations in the background, and additional services like AI and so on. They’re quite happy about that.”

While Jungenkrueger’s healthcare client relies on one form to get a lot done, other clients are rapidly creating a number of different forms. 

For example, a cleaning services client is “creating forms on a daily basis,” he says. “They have about 200 forms for simple tasks, and for each client and for each purpose. They’ve made some templates which they copy and create.”
