Thanks for reaching out to us for help. I'm sorry you're having issues with this. I checked your form to see the issue with the configurable list widget, but everything was working properly. I filled out all necessary parts and entered the date and time for each section and I was able to submit the form without getting any errors. Check out my screencast below to see my results:
