For some reason when you click on my InstaBio for colormatch form it doesn’t take you to the form. I put the link in. Can’t figure out what I’m doing wrong.

Hello Jeric,I have all my links posted on my Instagram for all my beauty links for my customers. Example, a colormatch form, a way to shop the products etc  For some reason now when I click on the colormatch form I get this…. I’m thinking I have an old link and just need to put in a new one but I forgot how to do that. My customers used to be able to click on the link and get the form. Now they get this..Please let me know how ICan resolve this. Thanks!
