I changed my account down to starter but my forms are all gone??

When you downgrade your account to the Starter Plan, your forms and submissions might not be accessible if they exceed the plan's limits. To avoid losing any data, I recommend you first download your submission data and files. Here's what you can do:

Upon checking, the forms are still active and accessible under your forms. Take a look at the screenshot below:
Could you try logging out of your Jotform account and then logging back in? If the issue persists, can you send us a screenshot of what is happening so we can look into it? We’ve got a quick guide on how to do that here.
