Hello,
I work for a small charter school program where we have a Jotform for hot lunch Ordering. Right now, they have many food choices and a comment box at the bottom where they have to manually type out their child's name (what child/student is getting which food on a certain day). I would love to add a text box next to each food/product choice, so that exporting the data is more simple and clearer. It would also make it easier for the parent that is ordering. Is there a simple solution for this?
Thanks!

Hi Aubree,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, it isn’t possible to do this directly, but a good workaround is to use an Input Table. Let me show you how:
1. In the Form Builder, click the Add Element button on the left panel.
2. Under the Basic tab, scroll down and select Input Table, drag it into your form.
3. Now, click on the Gear icon to open the Properties menu.
4. On the right side, click on the Fields tab.
5. Under Input Type, select Multi-type Columns field.
6. Finally, under Column Type, select Text Box, so parents can type their child’s name directly next to the chosen food item.
