Hi Finance,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I see from the image description that your form has exceeded its allocated SSL submission quota. This means the form cannot accept more secure (SSL) submissions until the quota is reset or increased.
Let me help you with that:
- Check your current plan: Review your Jotform subscription to see the submission limits associated with your plan.
- Upgrade your plan: If you frequently exceed the quota, consider upgrading to a higher plan with more submission capacity.
- Clear submissions: You can also delete old submissions to free up quota space if upgrading is not an option.
If you need detailed steps on how to manage your submission quota or upgrade your plan, please let me know.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Hi Finance,
To clear submissions and free up your submission quota, you can delete uploaded files attached to submissions or delete and purge entire submissions from your Jotform Submission Table.
Here’s how to do it:
- Delete uploaded files: Open your Submission Table, click on the uploaded file, then in the preview window click the Trash Can icon and confirm by clicking Delete File(s).
- Delete and purge submissions: Select the submissions you want to delete, click Delete, then confirm by moving them to Trash.
- Go to the Trash tab by clicking the Three Dots icon, select Trashed Entries, then select the submissions and click Delete Forever to permanently remove them.
Remember to download any important files before deleting. If your quota still shows as exceeded after deleting, try clearing your form cache to update the system.

Hi Finance,
If you have already deleted all submissions and the Trash is empty, but the quota still shows as full, the system might need some time to update the quota status.
Here are a few steps you can try:
- Clear your form cache: Sometimes the quota status is cached and clearing the cache can refresh it.
- Wait for a short period: The quota reset might take some time to reflect after deletion.
- Check for any other forms: Ensure that other forms in your account are not consuming the SSL submission quota.
If the issue persists after trying these steps, please let me know, and I can assist you further.

Hi financelakeside,
I checked your account, and it appears that you have reached your monthly submission limits. The monthly submission limits are the number of submissions that you can receive from all your forms in a month. Deleting and purging the submissions will not lessen the number of your monthly submissions.
You either need to wait for your monthly reset schedule, which is every 1st of the month at 12 AM EST, or you can upgrade your account to get a higher number of monthly submission limits. Upgrading your account is easy. Let me show you how:
1. Log in to your Jotform account, go to the Pricing page, and click on Upgrade under the subscription plan you want.
2. In the Choose Your Payment Schedule section, select Yearly or Monthly.
3. Then, enter your billing details in the Billing details section.
4. In the Choose your Payment Method section, select Credit/Debit Card or PayPal.
5. If you choose Credit/Debit Card, you can enter your Credit/Debit Card information below the Credit/Debit Card option.
6. Next, in the top-right corner of the page, in the Summary section, tick the box next to I’ve read and agree to the Terms of Service, and click on Pay.
But, if you select PayPal as the payment, a PayPal Payment window will open, where you can log in and complete your payment after clicking on the Pay with PayPal button. Check out this screenshot below:
After the subscription is successfully paid, the features and limits for the chosen subscription plan will be applied to your account right away. To learn more about account usage, you can check out our guide on Understanding Account Usage and Limits, and our Pricing page for a breakdown of the limits for each plan.
Let us know if you need any other help.
