HOW CAN I UPDATE FIELDS UNDER THE SUBHEADER BOXES, AS YOU CAN SEE FROM THE ATTACHED IMAGE I CAN ONLY LIST AS JOB NO:, REASON:, SUBMITTER - NAME, OR SIBMITTER - EMAIL. I NEED TO BE ABLE TO DO UNDER LOCATION WHICH I CAN DO ON OTHER FORMS.

CURRENTLY HAS SECURITY OFFICER NAME, THEN RESPONSE....I NEED IT TO HAVE SECURITY OFFICER NAME THEN LOCATION LIKE I HAVE UNDER OTHER FORMS BUT IT DOESNT ALLOW ME TO SELECT LOCATION

    Hi Dean,

Upon checking your form, I found that there is no Location field present. This is likely the reason why you cannot see any field for Location under the subheader in your Jotform Inbox. To have the Location field appear under the subheader, you will need to add a Location field to your form first. Once added, it should become available for selection and display in your Jotform Inbox. Let me show you how:

    1. In Jotform Inbox, click on the Three Dots icon on the left side of the page in the Inbox tab.
    2. Then, in the dropdown menu, click on Inbox Settings.
    3. In the menu that opens on the right side of the page, scroll down to Header Settings.
    4. Under Select Field to Use as Header/Subheader, choose the field you want to use as the Header or Subheader.

    Hi Dean,

Unfortunately, Multiple Text Fields widget is not supported to be used as a Subheader in Jotform Inbox. You might consider using a Short Text element instead for your Site Details field. While the feature you're looking for isn't available at Jotform right now, we've gone ahead and escalated your request to our developers. Exactly when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.

Thanks for your patience and understanding, we appreciate it.
