clear user account

    I need to have 2 user cleared off our account so that i can add them again. Their emails were deleted on our end and they deleted the app off their phone. I would like to add them again but it keeps saying they are already a user. Can you remove them so I can readd them.

    Regarding your request to clear the two users (craiglantz2@gmail.com and jjpraz@yahoo.com) from your account so you can add them again, currently, there is no direct option available for us to remove users from your account manually.

    Since their emails were deleted on your end and they removed the app, the system still recognizes them as existing users. To resolve this, you may need to wait for the system to update or try re-adding them with a different email or username if possible.

    its been a couple of months and your bod thing said you guys can do it on your end. So you cant. Changing the emails is not an option. We were able to do it until recently. cant you guys go back to the old way. if we cant resolve this i may have to cancel using your services

    Hi LandmarkLodge422,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Are you trying to change the email address on your account and use the Craiglantz2@gmail.com and Jjpraz@yahoo.com? If yes, I checked both email address and can see that both have active account. I suggest logging in to both account and manually change the email address to dummy email to free up the email address. Once the email address that you want to use is not linked to any account, you can now use it to your account.

    Let me show you how to change the account email:

    1. On your My Workspace page, hover over your Avatar in the top right corner of the page.

    2. Click on your Name.

    3. Click on Edit on the right side of the Profile option.

    4. Add the new email address and click the Save button.

    If the Require verification to change email option is enabled in your Security Settings, you’ll need to enter the authentication code sent to your current account email address to confirm the change.

    Otherwise, a message will be sent to your new email address immediately to verify it.

    When you click on the Verify Now button in the email, it will redirect you to a page saying your new email address has been verified.

    No I am not changing their emails...that is not an option. I need to reinstate them and the system says they are active user when they are not. They are not on my user list but when I try to reinstate them it says they are already a user when they are not. They have been off for over a month so your system doesn't reset like one of the replies to these problem. This is a huge fault in your system that was the case when I first got this. I need the ability the remove and sometimes reinstate members due to our organizational needs
