How to update the title that appears on browser tabs?

I created a form with a specific title. I can see this title in many different places. However, when I click on the URL link, I find the name on the tab is incorrect. How I can change the title shown in the tab?

1. Open your Form Builder and go to the form you want to edit.
2. Click on Settings at the top.
3. On the left panel, select Form Settings.
4. Click on Show More Options.
5. Scroll down to the Page Title field and enter the title you want to appear on the browser tab.

That's it. Your browser tab will now show the updated title when you open the form link.
