How to update the title that appears on browser tabs?

I created a form with a specific title. I can see this title in many different places. However, when I click on the URL link, I find the name on the tab is incorrect. How I can change the title shown in the tab?

To change the title that appears on the browser tab for your form, follow these steps:

1. Open your Form Builder and click on Settings.
2. In the Settings menu, select Form Settings from the left panel.
3. Click on Show More Options.
4. Scroll down to the Page Title field and enter the title you want to appear on the browser tab.

That's it. The new title will now show on the browser tab when you open the form via its URL.
