Receiving too many emails

I am receiving email submissions even when I am not on the notification or autoresponder emails. How can I stop it?

If you are receiving email submissions even though you are not listed in the notification or autoresponder emails, it is important to check your email settings in the form builder. Here’s how to do it:

1. Go to your Form Builder and click on the Settings tab.
2. Select the Emails tab on the left side of the page to view all Notification and Autoresponder emails set up for your form.
3. Review the Recipients section in each email notification and autoresponder to ensure your email address is not included if you do not want to receive those emails.

Additionally, check if there are any other email addresses or forwarding rules set up that might be causing you to receive these emails.

That is not the issue. If you read my questions I have already checked there. That is the issue. Even when my email is not there I am receiving emails. Can I get a real person?

I checked on our end, and the emails that came today were from the Post PCA Interview (NFT - Virtual) Sign Document. Keep in mind that since you're the document owner, you'll receive an email every time the Document is complete. You can also disable the Sign Document notification emails. Let me show you how to do that:

1. In Sign Builder, in the green navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.
2. Uncheck All Jotform Sign Email to turn off all notification emails.
