    Hi Karl,

Thanks for reaching out to us for help. I’m an AI assistant here to assist you.

I've created a form that allows your clients to fill it out online, approve the form, and make payments for it. You can access and use the form here: Client Service and Payment Form.

    Hi Karl,

Thank you for the clarification. To create a custom form with specific size and fields positioned exactly where you want, you can use Jotform's PDF Editor. It allows you to design forms with precise layouts and place fields in specified locations.

    Here’s how to do it:

    1. Open your form in Jotform Form Builder.
    2. Go to the PDF Editor from the top menu.
    3. Use the drag-and-drop tools to arrange fields exactly where you need them on the form.
    4. Adjust the page size and layout settings to match your specific size requirements.
    5. Save and publish your form when you’re satisfied with the design.

If you need detailed guidance on using the PDF Editor for custom layouts, I can provide more information.

    Hi Karl,

You can try to use our Smart PDF Form feature. This allows you to upload your custom PDF with the exact size and field locations you need and map form fields directly onto it. When the client fills out the form, their entries will automatically populate the custom PDF. Creating a form by uploading a PDF is easy. Let me show you how to do it:

    1. On your My Workspace page, click on Create on the top-left side of the page.
    2. Select Form from the assets, and then click on Smart PDF Form.
    3. In Smart PDF Forms, click on Upload Document, and then select the PDF you want to convert to a form, or just drag and drop the PDF into the white upload area.
