How to update the title that appears on browser tabs?

I created a form with a specific title. I can see this title in many different places. However, when I click on the URL link, I find the name on the tab is incorrect. How I can change the title shown in the tab?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. It's easy to change the text that appears on the browser tab. We'll just edit the Page Title in Form Builder. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
2. Now, click on Show More Options to expand the Form Settings.
3. Scroll down and enter the title to be displayed on pages in the Page Title section.
