Oi Michelly!

Hi Michelly,
Our Portuguese Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question, upon reviewing all the email recipients of the approval email in your form, I confirmed that only, f**a***iro.a***2@r***r**o.c**.br has been added to the Bounce List. The other two email addresses remain active and are not affected. Here's the reason why:
financeiro.abc02@rbwgrupo.com.br is IN the bounce list
Reason(s) : bounced (host mx.core.locaweb.com.br[177.153.23.241] said: 554 5.7.1 Service unavailable; Sender address [returns@jotform.com] blocked using uribl.dnsbl; Listed on black (in reply to MAIL FROM command))
I've gone ahead and successfully removed the email from the Bounce List. The user should be able to receive an email now. To prevent the email from being added to the Bounce List, I would suggest following the instructions below:
- Check your Spam folder, look for any Jotform emails, and mark them as not spam.
- Add noreply@jotform.com and noreply@formresponse.com to your email contact list.
- Contact your email provider to add noreply@jotform.com and noreply@formresponse.com to their whitelist.
- Ask your email service provider to Whitelisting Jotform IP Addresses and Domains.
I would also recommend setting up your SMTP as your sender email. This way, notifications will be sent from your SMTP server instead of Jotform’s. Let me show you how:
1. Go to the Settings page while logged in to your Jotform account and click on Add Sender Email in the Sender Emails section.
2. In the window that opens, select Custom and click on the Continue button.
3. Enter your email provider's details, click on Send Test Email to check if it’s set up correctly, and then click on Save.
Now you should select your custom SMTP in your email properties under email settings in Form Builder, and if you’re using Workflow Builder, do the same there. Check below to see how it looks in Form Builder:

Give it a try and let us know if you need any help.
