    I accessed the KYC form and can't replicate the issue. Check out the screencast below to see the result:

    From your screenshot, you entered your name instead of the exact phrase I authorize Jotform to remove the fields violating your terms from my forms in the Short Text field. This is why the Submit button isn’t showing. You need to enter the correct text as required to proceed with submitting the form.
