Is there a way in JotForm to set up multiple users so that each user can create and manage their own forms, without having access to or visibility of the forms created by other users? If so, how can this be configured?

    Hi Nitzan,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Jotform does not support multiple user accounts under a single main account where each user has isolated access to their own forms. However, each user can create their own separate Jotform account to manage their forms independently. If you want to collaborate or share forms, you can use Jotform's collaboration features, but form visibility and management remain tied to individual accounts.

Another option would be to create all forms in your account and then add the other users as Collaborators. Our Form Collaboration feature will allow the other user to edit your form. You can also share your Jotform Tables with the other user and assign him/her as a Collaborator to give him/her access to view and edit the submission data. We also have a feature where you can share your Jotform Inbox with the other user as a Collaborator to allow him/her to edit and comment on the data.

If you need a solution for team management with separate access controls, you might consider Jotform's Enterprise plan, which offers advanced user management and permissions. If you're interested, feel free to reach to our Enterprise Sales Team via this link.
