Hi Peter,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Currently, Jotform Sign doesn’t have a built-in option to cap the number of signings or submissions directly. This feature is only available through the regular form builder by using the form Disable feature, where you can set a submission limit to automatically disable the form once the specified number is reached.
While the feature you're looking for isn't available at Jotform right now, we've gone ahead and escalated your request to our developers. Exactly when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.
Thanks for your patience and understanding, we appreciate it.

Thanks Jason,
Do you have an recommendation for how I would cap this?
Such as deleting the form at 10 submissions? or sending out an automatic email after 10?
I have a youth program planned which is capped at 10 - I don't want more than 10 to sign up and then have to send them an email saying they cannot go. -

Hi Peter,
Unfortunately, the only possible workaround is customized the email settings once you hit the 10 signers and include in the email that you already reached the limit and will no longer accept applicants. Let me show you how to do it:
- In Sign Builder, in the green navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.
- Click on Email Settings on the left side of the screen.
- Then, customize the Email Subject and Email Message.

Okay, thanks so much - I'm pretty disappointed by this feature not being made available and I will be canceling my account and requesting my money back.
Thanks for your help though
