The difference you’re seeing between the Builder’s preview and how the form looks on mobile is often related to how specific devices and browsers scale large background images and text. In-app browsers can also compress or crop content differently, which makes the layout look inconsistent compared to Jotform’s built-in preview.

To better identify the root cause, could you let us know which device and browser were used when you saw the issue? For example, was it on an iPhone or Android phone, and was the form opened in Safari, Chrome, or through an app like WhatsApp? This information will help us reproduce the exact behavior on our side.
