Problems with plugin in wordpress

Hello, I'm having trouble keeping the chatbot active. It seems to be reporting that the agent was not located. See screenshot attached.

If so, I recommend checking our guide on How to Set Up and Use Jotform AI Chatbot for WordPress for detailed steps on how to set it up and troubleshoot. Follow the setup process in the guide and see if that resolves the issue. If the difficulty persists, share the link to your AI agent so we can check it on our end. You can easily find your AI Agent URL in AI Agent Builder. Let me show you how:

1. In AI Agent Builder, click on the Publish tab in the blue navigation bar at the top of the page.
2. In the Standalone tab, click Copy Link in the Share Link section.
