my_applicationAsked on September 25, 2025 at 12:01 AM
Hello,
I am building a business for help companies regarding their registration process using jotform.
However, I wanted to propose to my prospects a sample or a free trial form/app without them knowing that I am using jotform or seeing jotform as link.
so please help me with this since I have many prospects in my pipeline.

Hi JB,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our standard plans (Starter, Bronze, Silver, and Gold) use a default form URL that includes Jotform in the link. Since you prefer not to have your clients recognize that you're using Jotform, you can use a custom domain through domain white labeling. This feature is only available on the Enterprise plan. For more details, you can contact our Enterprise Sales Team.
Alternatively, you can also embed the form or app directly on your own website, so users never see the Jotform link at all. Embedding your form on a webpage is really easy. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Publish.
- In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Embed.
- Now, select the embed option you want to use, and click on Copy Code. (I used the iFrame method only to show in this case.)
- Paste your code into your webpage's embed area, and that’s it.
Reach out again if you have any other questions.
