I want to change email address of the account

    When I try to sign in online it says I already have account but the password is invalid. When I try to reset the the password I never get an email. I was trying to change the email address for another account I have with the email address perfectshotphoto1@gmail.com but when I try to set up the account it tells me that the houstonmagazinebooth@gmail.com is already in use. I try to delete the account associated with the houstonmagazinebooth@gmail.com but I only need one of the accounts. I want to keep the houstonmagazinebooth@gmail.com

    Hi Kendria,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Deleting an account would not free up the email address for 30 days. If you want to use the email address, houstonmagazinebooth@gmail.com , to your account under perfectshotphoto1@gmail.com, you need to change the email address of the acocunt under houstonmagazinebooth@gmail.com.

    I've gone ahead and reactivated the deleted account. You can log in to it and change the email to a different one. If you have a 3rd email that you don't use, you can use it. Let me show you how to change the account email address:

    1. On your My Forms page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image icon.

    2. In the window that opens, click on Settings.Change invoice email address  Image 1 Screenshot 30 Screenshot 115 Screenshot 103. Click on the Account tab.

    4. Then click Edit next to your email address.

    Next, log in to the main account and change the email address to houstonmagazinebooth@gmail.com.
