INCOMPLETE VALUES error when submitting the form

Hi jotform's Supporter,

I have a problem like this:

My form has a option to select time but if this option is chosen so I can't submit

Please review and fix it for me, I check it in Form submit and trash entries. it's nothing here!

Only choose option day: Nov 02, 2025 - 13:30, I get error like this

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Since you've already deleted the submission and deleted it from the trash, I've gone ahead and cleared your form caches. Can you try again?

I just deleted caches but it's still error

I cloned and tested your form and had the same issue, so I created a ticket and escalated this to our Developers. Although we don't know exactly when it'll be fixed, we’ll circle back to this thread when we have an update.
