Error trying to move a form to a team workspace

    Hi team, I'm receiving the attached error when trying to move a form to a team. All the others have worked no problem.

    The form is the Milestone Order Form, trying to move to Orders team.

    Moving a form inside a team workspace is easy, let's walk through this together:

    1. On your My Workspace page, check the box on the form you'd like to move.
    2. Then click on the Move to Team button on top.
    3. Choose the team workspace, then click on the Move to This Team button.
