Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant here to assist you.
Jotform allows you to include file uploads directly in the email notification you receive from form submissions. Instead of sending download links, you can configure your form's email notification to embed the uploaded photos or files within the intake email, making it easier and faster for you to view them without extra steps.
Here’s how to do it:
Go to your form in Form Builder.
Click on Settings in the top orange bar.
Select Emails from the left panel.
Edit the Notification email by clicking the Pencil icon.
Under the Advanced tab, enable the option to include file uploads in the email body.
Save your changes.
This setup will embed the uploaded files directly in the email you receive, avoiding the clunky download links you currently get with Squarespace.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Hi Alexander.
Yes, it’s possible to display uploaded images directly in the notification email instead of links. To do this, simply add the IMG: prefix to your file upload field’s unique name/tag in the email template. For example, if the tag is {fileUpload}, change it to {IMG:fileUpload}. Let me show you how to do it:
1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar on the top of the page, click on Settings.
2. Next, click on Emails on the left side menu.
3. Hover your mouse over the Notification Email and click on the Edit button.
4. Find the File Upload tag or unique name of your upload field in your notification email template, then change it to {IMG:fileUpload} and click on the Save button once done.
If you are using a different label, the unique name can be different. You can check out how to find your field's unique name on this guide. Additionally, to display the images in certain sizes, you must specify it after the unique name/tag. Here are examples:
{IMG:fileUpload:100:200} will put an image 100px wide and 200px tall.
{IMG:fileUpload::200} will set the width automatically but limit the height to 200px.
Give it a try and let us know if you have any other questions.
