    Hi Alex,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your account and see that you've reached your Upload Space limit. Note that Starter accounts can only store 100 MB of uploads. The uploads are coming from the Haircut , Treatment or Blowout Form and New Color Client form. To clear up your Upload Space, you'll need to delete and purge submissions that have file uploads on them. You can easily delete your trashed submissions in Jotform Tables. Let me show you how:

    1. In Jotform Tables, click on the Three Dots icon next to your form title in the tabs.
    2. In the Dropdown menu, click on Trashed Entries to open the Trash menu.
    3. Then, in the Trash menu on the right, click on the Checkboxes to select the submissions you want to purge. To select all, click on the Select All button.
    4. Now, click on Delete Forever, and in the Confirmation window, click on the Delete button to confirm.

Upload Space limit reached Image 1 Screenshot 20 To avoid permanently losing submission data, it’s recommended to Download Form Submissions as Excel, CSV, or PDF. Purging deleted submissions will free up your Submission Storage and Upload Space but won’t affect other limits. You can also check out our guide about Account Usage and Limits for more information.

Give it a try and let us know if you need any help.

    Hi Alex,

Currently, your account is active, but you'll need to access all your 6 form's table and then purge the submissions entries and the uploaded documents. My colleague Rica already shared with you the steps in her email. You can follow those steps and release the file upload space. On the Starter plan, you can get 100 MB only and this limit does not reset each month.

Let us know if there’s anything else we can help you with.
