Unable to see the PDF on the right side of the screen when editing the form

I see the form here. The screenshot below this is another form where i can see the pdf. Why does this Scott KY - HOmestead/Disability Application for exemption not show that?

The preview of the PDF won't show on the right if the Original PDF connection to your Online Form option in the Settings is toggled off. Let me show you how to show it:

1. In Smart PDF Forms, in the blue navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.
2. Toggle On the Original PDF connection to your Online Form option, and that's it.

Based on your screenshots, the form titled Scott KY - Homestead/Disability Application for exemption may have its settings toggled off that's why the PDF is not showing on the right side.
