Boa tarde pessoal, conectei um agente IA no gmail profissional da minha empresa (alunopgpp@heringerfitness.com.br).
Ele enviou o email teste, mais ele não responde e salva no rascunho. O botão "Criando Rascunho" fica carrendo mais não muda de status.

Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question, can you try clearing your browser cache and testing again? You may also try using a different browser, an incognito window, or another device to check if the issue persists. If it does, you can take a screenshot of your browser’s console log and share it with us so we can investigate further. Our guide on How to Get a Console Report from Most Common Browsers and How to Post Screenshots to Our Help Center will help you do that.

Fiz a limpeza da cache, mas não deu certo. Fiz em uma aba anônima, também
não deu certo.
Testei uma conta de gmail pessoal (@gmail.com). Esse funcionou
perfeitamente.
Mas gostaria de utilizar no gmail profissional da minha empresa. Segue o
print de tela do log "console".

It looks like the screenshot you attached didn’t go through successfully. It appears to be corrupted, and I’m unable to view it. Let me show you how to post a screenshot to our Help Center:
1. On the Help Center page, scroll down to the Your Answer section and click on the Image icon.
2. Drag and drop your image into the Upload box, or click on it and select your file.
3. Then, click on the Add button in the bottom-right corner of the window.
4. To resize it, click on your screenshot and then click on one of the boxes in the corners, and drag it inward.
5. Once you're finished, click on the Post Answer button at the bottom right of the Your Answer section.

Before we escalate the issue, you may want to check with your admin about this, since the problem could be due to restrictions on using your company email when connecting to your AI Agent.

Olá James, bom dia!
Posso olhar sim. Mas essa é uma ferramenta do GMAIL (Workspace).
Por acaso vocês já sabem se tem alguma coisa dentro do Workspace do Google que eu libero essa conexão com o agente IA?
Dei uma olhada e liberei todos os escopos dentor do Workspacess. São 4 escopos.
Mas quando eu confirmo, ele indica que somente 1 de 4 esta liberado. Mesmo configurando para liberação total...
