Since the 13th of september mi agent is not responding to incoming messages in facebook messenger

In order to assist you better, would you be able to share your AI Agent URL with me? You can easily do this by following the steps below:
- In AI Agent Builder, go to the Publish tab.
- Under the Share Link option, click the Copy Link button.
Once you send me that URL, I'll be able to better assist you from here.

Hi Rodrigo,
It looks like your AI Agent is currently not connected to any Facebook account. You can easily connect your AI Agent and set up a Messenger AI Agent to stay connected with your customers by sending instant and accurate replies on Facebook Messenger 24/7. Let me show you how:
1. In Agent Builder, in the blue navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Publish.
2. In the menu on the left, click on Messenger Agent.
3. Next, click on Log in with Facebook.
4. In the window that opens, enter your Facebook Business Credentials, and click on Log In.
5. Select the business portfolio you’d like to connect to Jotform Agents Messenger.
6. Then, click on Continue.
7. Select the page you want Jotform Agents Messenger to access.
8. Click on Continue.
9. Review what Jotform Agents Messenger is requesting to do, and click on Save.
10. Finally, click on Got it.
Once you are done setting up Jotform Agents Messenger, you will see a Successfully Connected indication next to your Facebook Business Page in the Messenger Agent section of your AI Agent Builder:
