Hi - The attached image that has been uploaded as the logo isn't being shown as the url thumbnail. Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong.

Hi Push_Big,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. When I cloned and tested your form, the same thing happened for me when I share the form via iPhone. After investigating it a bit, I found a solution. It’s really easy to fix, you just need to change the file extension of your logo from JPG to PNG, because it seems like iPhone does not support JPG. Let me show you how:
1. Go to this website, and convert the file extension of your logo from JPG to PNG.
2. Once done, go to Form Builder, then click on the existing Logo.
3. Click on Remove Logo, then click on the Upload File button and select the converted version of the logo.
