If you want to downgrade your account, here’s what you can do:
- Your account will stay on your current plan until the period you paid for ends.
- After that, it will be downgraded to the Starter Plan, which has certain limits.
- If your submissions exceed the Starter Plan limits, you might lose access to some data.
To avoid losing anything important, I recommend downloading your submission data and files beforehand. You can find helpful options for this below.
Also, if you want to keep your data safe without losing access, consider upgrading to the Storage Plan, which lets you store more submissions while keeping your current limits.
Let me know if you want more details or help with any of these steps!

Hi gameelbait,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can downgrade your account in the Billing page. Let me show you how to do it:
1. On your My Forms page, click on your Avatar icon in the top-right corner and click on Settings.
2. Under the Billing tab, click on Change Plan.
3. Click on the Downgrade button to switch to the Starter Plan.
Then, you'll see a pop-up window with some extra information about the downgrade. Just follow those instructions to continue with canceling your plan. You can also check out our guide about How to Cancel your Subscription.
