    Hi Tenecia! To cancel your subscription, you can head over to your billing section and select the option to change your plan. From there, choosing the Starter (Free) plan will effectively cancel your current subscription while allowing you to use the service until the end of your paid period.     Hi Tenecia,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I understand a user wants to cancel their subscription. You can do this anytime from the Billing page on desktop. Let me show you how:

    1. On the My Forms page, click your Avatar (top-right) and click Settings.
    2. Under Billing, click Change Plan.Cancel Requested Image 1 Screenshot 30
    3. Select Starter (Free) and follow the prompts to complete the downgrade. Your paid plan stays active until the next billing date, then it automatically downgrades and future billing stops. Cancel Requested Image 2 Screenshot 41

    Then, you'll see a pop-up window with some extra information about the downgrade. Just follow those instructions to continue with canceling your plan. To request a refund for your latest invoice, just fill out our Refund Request form. And our relevant team will email you once they've had a chance to look into it.
