Payment was deducted from the incorrect card

    Our September payment was deducted from a previous Visa card ending in 7807 and not the correct master card ending in 3504. Is there any reason for this and can it be corrected for future payments to be deducted from the correct card ending in 3504

    Hi SCHVC,

    I have received an update that the card ending in 3504 had insufficient balance and is the reason why the other card ending in 7807 was charged. Moving forward, for future payments, it will be charged from the card ending in 3504.
