Workflow is not being triggered via Knack flow

Hi,

I want to automatically submit a form from knack app. I used knack flow and it works. submission was recorded in jotform inbox. however the workflow is not automatically triggered and require manual "start flow", unlike a submission made on the public page.

How can i resolve this?

To help us get the full picture, can you send a screenshot of the flow you set up on Knack and a recording of what's happening when you fill out the form there?
