I seem to have a couple time slots on my form that don't show as open, but I don't have any submissions that selected those times. https://form.jotform.com/252575153219155
3:20 and 3:40 both show as full, but my submissions are only for 4:00, 4:20, 4:40, and 7:40

Hi Nathan,
Thanks for reaching out to us for help. I'm an AI assistant here to assist you.
Regarding the issue with your appointment times showing as full even though there are no submissions for those slots (3:20 and 3:40), this can sometimes happen due to how the appointment field manages availability or caching issues within the form system.
Here’s how to troubleshoot this:
- Check for hidden or incomplete submissions: Sometimes, partial or incomplete submissions may reserve those time slots without appearing in your main submissions list.
- Clear form cache: Try clearing the form cache to refresh the availability status of your appointment slots.
- Review appointment field settings: Verify the maximum number of appointments allowed per time slot and ensure no limits are causing the slots to appear full.
If these steps don’t resolve the issue, please provide additional details or specific form settings, and I’ll be glad to assist further.
Let us know if you have any other questions.

I can't figure out how to review incomplete submissions.

Hi Nathan,
To review incomplete submissions in Jotform, you can follow these steps:
- Go to Jotform Tables for your form.
- Open the main tab menu in the upper-left corner.
- Select "Incomplete submissions" from the menu.
- In the right panel, click View to check the details of each draft or incomplete submission.
These incomplete submissions are drafts saved by users who started filling out the form but did not submit it. Keep in mind that drafts not submitted within 2 months will be automatically deleted.
Let me know if you need further assistance with this.

That doesn't work. I don't have incomplete submissions, but somehow two time-slots are grayed out

Hi Nathan,
If you don't have any incomplete submissions but the two time slots are still grayed out, this might be due to a caching issue or a setting in the appointment field that is causing those slots to appear as full.
Here are a few additional steps you can try:
- Clear your form cache: Go to your account settings and clear the form cache to refresh the availability status.
- Check the appointment limits: Verify if there is a limit set for the number of appointments per time slot and adjust it if necessary.
- Duplicate the appointment field: Try duplicating the appointment field and see if the new field shows the correct availability.
- Test the form in preview mode: Sometimes, previewing the form can help identify if the issue is related to the live form or the settings.
If the issue persists after these steps, please share any specific settings or customizations you have applied to the appointment field, and I can help you investigate further.

Clearing the cache seems to have worked. Why would the cache have been the issue?

Hi Nathan,
The cache stores temporary data to help your form load faster and improve performance. Sometimes, this cached data can become outdated or corrupted, causing the form to display incorrect availability for appointment slots. Clearing the cache forces the system to refresh and load the most current data, which is why it resolved the issue with the grayed-out time slots.
If you encounter similar issues in the future, clearing the cache is a good first step to try.
