We use one user account across 4 computers, all next to eacvh other at the chckin desk. Since we renewed we are expereincing issues with this, seems only one device is allowed now?
Can you tell us why this has changed as this was a fundamental way that we use it, and not it's just gone. Plus having a significant price increase since we signed up. So we're paying more and getting less. This does not seem like a very good way of doiong business. -

Thanks for reaching out to us for help. Keep in mind that Jotform's standard plans (Starter, Bronze, Silver, Gold) are designed for individual use, supporting only one active login session at any given time. This means, you cannot log in your account on multiple devices, simultaneously.
For simultaneous multi-device or multi-user access, you need to consider upgrading to Jotform Enterprise. You can contact our Enterprise Sales team by completing the Jotform Enterprise Sales Contact Request form. Once completed, our Enterprise sales team will reach out to you.
