Hi Dominic,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant here to assist you.
If your form is not showing credit card details and is allowing submissions without displaying them, it is possible that your form has been disabled because it was collecting credit or debit card information, which violates Jotform’s Terms of Use. This could be why the credit card fields are not showing properly.
To resolve this, we would need your confirmation to remove the fields that request credit or debit card details so the form can be reinstated and function correctly.
Please let us know if you would like to proceed with this, and we will assist you further.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Hi Dominic,
Is the issue happening from your NCF Mildura Charity Golf Day form? I checked it, and it appears that you don't have any payment gateway connected to it. Check out my screenshot below:
Let me show you how to connect a payment gateway to your form:- In Form Builder, click on the Credit Card icon on the right side of the page.
- Click on Add New Connection at the bottom.
- Select your preferred payment gateway and click on Next.
- Enter your preferred Connection Name.
- Click on the Connect button at the bottom and connect your selected payment gateway account.
- Once connected, click on Save at the bottom of the page.
- Select the payment gateway.
- Lastly, click on Use at the bottom of the page.
To learn more, you can check out our guide on How to Add and Manage Reusable Payment Connections.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

When credit card fields don’t appear on a form, it’s usually tied to how the payment gateway is integrated. Some providers only load fields after API keys are properly set or when the site uses HTTPS. Double-check that your credentials are active, scripts are loading without errors, and sandbox vs. live mode is set correctly. Browser console logs often reveal the issue.
