Can't download BAA doc from 2021.

I cannot download our BAA doc from 2021. We need this retained in our files. We keep getting an error code and your AI support is not able to assist us-I need a human to help.

I suggest that you try to log in on a different browser and let us know how it goes. If the same thing happens again, clear the Cache and Cookies in Your Web Browser.

If the issue continues, can you share the error code that you're getting when trying to download the BAA doc from 2021? A screenshot or recording of what’s happening would help us figure this out. Can you try using a different device to log in to your Jotform account and try to download your BAA document on that device to see if it's going to work? If the issue still persists, can you take a screenshot of your console log while trying to download the BAA document and send it to us for us to investigate it further?
