Email on Bounce List

Good afternoon,

This is Jenny with the Birmingham Water Works.

I believe that the following may be on your bounce list. Emails are not making it to the email.

Can enusre customerrelationsdepartment@bwwb.org is not being bounced.

It is requesting information that I do not have to save it. Our security protocol is TLS. You guys were able to update another we had via settings. It is not allowing me to save it.

1. Go to the Settings page while logged in to your Jotform account and click on Add Sender Email in the Sender Emails section.

2. In the window that opens, select Custom and click on the Continue button.

Thanks for your help, they are missing some VERY important emails.

I have sent a list of recent submissions to them, but we need them to get the emails.

I’ve made a few changes to help resolve the problem. The email address customerrelationsdepartment@bwwb.org was on our bounce list due to a name service error related to the domain's mail server. I've removed it from the bounce list, so future emails should be delivered. However, this issue indicates a problem with the recipient domain's mail server settings. Please ensure that the recipient's email server is properly configured to accept emails to avoid further delivery issues.
