Hello
We can no longer pay monthly with a card on file. Can you send me an invoice for the year and I can just pay upfront?

I've heard back from the relevant team. Regarding your subscription. The monthly subscription was canceled due to a missed payment. However, after reviewing your account, your account has an active yearly subscription, so your service remains uninterrupted.
