Hello,
I just got done with the AI Agent webinar and have some questions:
- How do I change the form that is in the chatbot by default to a form that is currently in my JotForm account?
- How do i add/delete the button options after the greeting "Hello my name is James, How may I assist you today?"
Thank you.

Hi stevenmarch,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can remove or replace the form currently connected to your AI Agent. Let me show you how:
- In AI Agent Builder, click on the Train tab in the top navigation bar and select the Forms tab on the left side menu.
- Then, click on the Trash Can icon in the current connected Form, and click on the Yes, Remove button in the prompt window.
- Go to your My Workspace dashboard, select a Form and click on the Downward Arrow icon of the More button in the upper right side of the panel.
- Then, select the Create Agent option in the Dropdown menu.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Thanks for the reply. So i have 3 buttons after teh greeting and I want to be able to provide the answers, exactly as written, when someone clicks any of the buttons. i went into the knowledge section, clicked Q & A, and entered the questions exactly as they were written in the buttons, provided the answers, but when i click the button it still provides an AI genereatefd answer. How do i switch that?

Hi stevenmarch,
In order to thoroughly troubleshoot the issue you're experiencing, our team would like to clone your AI agent along with its associated knowledge base. By replicating your environment, we can more accurately diagnose the issue and work on a tailored solution. Rest assured that all data will be handled securely and used solely for troubleshooting purposes in line with our strict privacy and security policies. Once the issue is resolved, the cloned AI agent and all associated data will be deleted.
Can you confirm that we have your permission to go ahead with this process? If you have any questions or concerns, we’re here to help.

Hi stevenmarch,
I cloned your form to test and come up with this solution. Instead of using the Knowledge Base Questions and Answer, add an action and instruct the responder that when each specific button is clicked, it will display a specific message. Let me show you how:
1. On the AI Agent Builder page, go to the Train at the top navigation bar.
2. Open the Actions tab on the left and click on the Add New Action button if you have an existing action, but if there's none, it will display the action settings.
3. Under the Channels section, select which channel where to apply this action, leave it as is if you want to apply to all channels.
4. Under the When section, type in the scenario (ex: Clicks on the button 'Tell me more about the device'), and then click on the Add button.
5. Under the DO section, select Say exact message, and type in the message that you want to display.
Here's a screencast of my test:
Open this link to test my clone. You can request anytime to delete this clone after you test it.
Try that and reach out again if you need more help.

Thank you for the help. Another question...I want a specific message to go out whenever anyone types the word "TMJ" in a sentence. How do i do that?

I would like the AI Agent to ask, "Would you like to schedule your free initial consultation?" after every answer it provides. I would like a Yes and No box to show up. If they hit the yes box, I would like it to "Great! i just need some information to get you scheduled, then go into gathering the info on the attached form. After the information is collected, it will go to the Calendly link that the lead is forwarded to after hitting submit on the form. If they hit the No box, then it will ask if they have any additional questions.
How do i accomplish this?

Hi stevenmarch,
I've cloned your form and created a way to show a specific message when the word TMJ is in a sentence. Let's walk through this together:
- In AI Agent Builder, on the blue navigation bar on top, go to the Train tab.
- Select Actions from the left menu.
- Now, click on the Add new action button on top and create what's shown in the screenshot below:
You can select what DO action depends on how you feed the Knowledge Base to show the answer.
Let us know if you have any other questions.

Hi stevenmarch,
To have your AI Agent ask the specific question after every answer with Yes and No buttons, and then proceed based on the user's choice, you will need to set up conditional actions in the AI Agent Builder. Could you try to set up the following actions below:
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
