How do I delete my Account?

Hello, I need to unsubscribe and stop paying for jot form as I no longer need the services and I am unable to afford it. Please direct me how to do this. Thank you so much.

Hi Maria, to cancel your Jotform subscription and stop payments, you can follow these steps:

• Log in to your Jotform account.
• Go to the Billing section under your Account Settings.
• Find your current subscription and select the option to cancel it.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can Delete Your Account, but that'll also delete all of your forms and data. If you're sure you want to go ahead with that, let me show you how to do it:

1. On your Account Settings, scroll down and click on Delete My Account.

2. Now, in the pop-up warning window, click on Yes, Delete.

3. Then, a verification code will be sent to your email address. Enter the six-digit authentication code and click on Verify.
