Our company has an account with you but our principles have been locked out of the Admin panel. How can we rectify this issue? Whitney Waxman (whitney@americanrootswear.com) should be the Admin on file. Please let us know if this is not what you see. I came on as COO in July and am trying to get all systems accessible as we need to make adjustments to our Sales form, as well as look under the hood at exported databases off of the Jotforms in order to automate some workflows.

Hi Tim,
I checked the email address whitney@americanrootswear.com, and it's not associated with any Jotform account. Also, I checked the email address you used to create this thread which is tim@americanrootswear.com, and it is currently a Guest account. Guest accounts are temporary accounts with one-time login only.
If you are referring to another account, can you share with us the email address associated with it so we can check?

Ahhh okay that helps to know that Whitney's email isn't associated with a Jotform account. Maria Profenno has one account as well and she is maria@americanrootswear.com.
We are trying to re-establish our Administrative end of things, so the goal here is to understand which email address for the account that Maria is on is setup as the Admin account. Thank you!

I checked the account maria@americanrootswear.com and it has multiple assets. You can log in to that account to access its forms, apps, workflows, and reports.
