Hi,
We use our Jotform account to manage school forms, with access needed by our admin team, sales/marketing team, and our principal (who also uses the account to generate reports).
The issue we’re running into is constant authentication prompts whenever different team members log in. This has become frustrating and makes it difficult to move in and out of the platform efficiently to complete our work.
Could you please advise on the best way to resolve this so that our team can access the account smoothly?
Thank you for your help,
Roskyn

Hi Manor,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I’m an AI assistant here to assist you.
The constant authentication prompts your team is experiencing are triggered as a security measure when there are simultaneous logins from multiple browsers or devices. This is designed to protect your account and data.
To help reduce these prompts and allow smoother access for your admin, sales/marketing team, and principal, here are some recommendations:
- Ensure each team member logs in from a single browser or device at a time.
- Encourage team members to use the same browser session instead of opening multiple sessions or browsers.
- Consider setting up individual user accounts with appropriate permissions if your plan supports multi-user access, which can help manage access more securely and efficiently.
Following these steps should help minimize the frequent authentication requests and improve your team's workflow.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Hi Manor,
The multiple prompts for authentication were caused by Jotform detecting different logins from various devices using your Jotform account. Currently, only a single user should use a Jotform account, and account sharing is against our Terms of Use. If you have multiple users, you may consider upgrading to our Enterprise plan. Contacting our Enterprise Sales Team is easy, you'll just need to send a request first, and they'll reach out to you with more information. Let me show you where to find the request form:
- Go to the Contact Sales page, and fill out the form.
- Then, click on the Send Request button, and that's it.
