I am trying to integrate google drive into our forms, once submitted or edited, a pdf copy would automatically send to a Specific Drive Folder.
When I integrate the drive, it does not allow me to select the folder only the main drive. Is there a way to change the location? -

Hi Shane,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant here to assist you.
Regarding your question about integrating Google Drive with your forms and sending PDF copies to a specific folder, here’s how you can set it up:
When you integrate Google Drive with your form, you can specify the Folder Name where the files will be saved. This allows you to send the PDF copies directly to a specific folder instead of just the main drive.
Here’s how to do it:
- Go to the Settings tab in your form builder.
- Select Integrations from the left panel and choose Google Drive.
- Authorize your Google Drive account if you haven’t already.
- In the integration setup, enter the Folder Name where you want the PDFs to be saved.
- Optionally, enable Create Subfolders for Submissions if you want a subfolder for each submission.
- Make sure Send Submission PDFs to Google Drive is selected.
- Save the integration.
This setup will send the PDF copies to the specified folder in your Google Drive.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Hi Shane,
While the feature you're looking for isn't available at Jotform right now, we've gone ahead and escalated your request to our developers. Exactly when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.
You can use Zapier as an alternative solution, which allows you to specify what Google Drive's folder you want the Jotform folder to be contained in.
Thanks for your patience and understanding, we appreciate it.
